Why is my candle changing colour?
This is a good way to know the wax is made of natural ingredients. When exposed to sunlight the wax can darken, but not to worry - this doesn't impact its performance! Remember to trim your wick before every burn for best results.
Where is my package?
We do our best to ensure your order is with you within a week of purchase for standard delivery. For added peace of mind, we provide a tracked delivery service that assigns a tracking number to your order, so you can view every step of your order on the Royal Mail website. Progress can be viewed when searching your tracking number on https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/.

Returns & Refunds
Damaged/Wrong Item - If your item has arrived defective, damaged, or if you've received the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can resolve your issue as soon as possible. 
Refund Request - If you would like a refund, please contact us so that we can arrange a return label for free. Once we have inspected the item and your refund is accepted, we will notify you as soon as possible.  Please remember to allow up to a week for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Not received - If your order has not been received, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can communicate the issue with our courier. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for items that have not been received, however we would love to offer you an immediate replacement of your order once our courier approves of the request.
